Apron Type Shot Blasting Machine with Bucket

Introduction

●The machine is PLC controlled.

●The parts to be blasted are placed  in a bucket,and then automatically loaded into blasting machine through a hoist .Once blasting is accomplished,parts are automatically out fed through vibration conveyor.

●Steel shot collection system: The screw conveyor is equipped with a heavy grit sieving device for automatic exhaust.

●An air operated steel shot separator ,boilt on the top of elevator ,fully separates steel shot from sand and dust,reducing parts wear to a minimum.

●A steel shot reservoir,located on the top  of elevator , combined with adjustable steel shot supply(manually adjusted through air control),ensures constant steel shot supply and reduced blasting time.
